DESCRIPTION
An elongated flat cooking surface gives pancakes, eggs, sandwiches and vegetables room to cook side by side. A low charcoal body and short sculpted side handles create a restrained countertop profile.

Use indoors on a dry, stable, and heat-resistant surface; ensure adequate ventilation and sufficient clearance around the unit. The cooking surface becomes very hot—use appropriate kitchen utensils and take necessary heat-protection precautions. Always unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning or storing.
The base should be cleaned by wiping only. Do not submerge electrical components in water. Do not assume that any parts are dishwasher-safe.
