DESCRIPTION
Two smooth cooking panels open flat for meal preparation and fold face to face after cooling for storage. The graphite housing and two front controls support a space-conscious countertop.

DESIGN FEATURES
Two hinged smooth panels; two temperature controls; two shallow front grease drawers; folding end grips. Fold only after unplugging and complete cooling; never operate folded.
This product features a cast-aluminum cooking plate with a non-stick coating on the food-contact surface. The housing is made of metal and is equipped with heat-resistant polymer handles and base feet.
Designed for countertop use, the unit comes with a power cord and a US-style plug.
Use the appliance indoors on a dry, stable, and heat-resistant surface; ensure the area is well-ventilated and provides sufficient clearance. The cooking surface reaches high temperatures—please use appropriate kitchen utensils and take necessary heat-protection precautions. Always unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning or storing.
The base should be cleaned by wiping only. Do not submerge any electrical components in water. Do not assume that any parts are dishwasher-safe.
